Following a successful theatrical run, Alien: Romulus is now available digitally on Prime Video. You can rent the latest film in the classic sci-fi series for $25 or buy it for $30. If you prefer physical media, you’ll need to wait until December 3 to watch it on 4K Blu-ray. Alien: Romulus Blu-ray preorders are live now at Amazon, including a cool 4K Blu-ray edition that comes with a steelbook case. Amazon has slashed the price of the Alien: Romulus Steelbook Limited Edition to $48.33–a far cry from Amazon’s initial $66 asking price, and a good bit less than Walmart’s price. This collectible version of the 4K Blu-ray also comes with standard Blu-ray and digital versions of the film. Check it out below:
Along with artwork of the cast and Xenomorph on the front, the case’s interior gets you a close-up look at the encounter between the Xenomorph and colonist Rain (Cailee Spaeny).
$48.33 – Amazon | $55 – Walmart
Alien: Romulus’ 4K Steelbook Edition is currently available to preorder at Amazon for $48.33 and at Walmart for $55. Amazon was previously charging the full $66 price, but if you ordered at the old price, don’t worry, you will automatically get the lowest price offered when your order ships–you won’t be charged until then. Both retailers offer preorder price guarantees.
We expect Alien: Romulus to be one of the most popular limited-edition Blu-rays this holiday season, so if you’re interested in picking it up, we’d recommend preordering a copy.
You can also preorder Alien: Romulus on 4K Blu-ray without the steelbook, on standard Blu-ray, or on DVD. It’s already available to rent or buy on Prime Video. Here are all of your options at Amazon:

Instead, they stumble upon a horrifying life form and a dark secret about the station’s past. The film earned solid reviews from critics and is one of the better Alien films in recent memory.
Amazon has some nice prices on more films in the Alien franchise, including the Ultimate Collector’s Edition of Aliens, which released on 4K Blu-ray earlier this year.
